For a
complete change of pace I went with a Sausage
Sauce (very original name!) that did not include tomato sauce or
ketchup! Go figure!
So what was
in it?
Cranberries
and Raisins
Sherry
Cream
Curry
Powder
Mustard
Powder
Worcestershire
Sauce
Salt and
Pepper
Tiny bit of
chicken stock concentrate
Small
amount of cornflour mixed in cold water to thicken the sauce
You just
cook that lot up in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes – stirring it now and again –
and that's it.
And was it
good with our pork sausages – yes so good that this one is going to get done
again often!
