New Brunswick is a maritime Province. It
does have a border with Maine.
There is a New Brunswick in New Jersey – this is not
the province! New Brunswick is one of
the 4 original Provinces of Canada.
Origin
of name – New Brunswick was originally called New Ireland.
King George the 3nd renamed it.
The province is named after a city in Lower Saxony, Germany (which he
ruled in his position as Elector of Hanover).
Languages –
New Brunswick is officially bilingual – French and English.

The Picture Province, The Loyalist Province
