Food on Friday: Asparagus

ON

Asparagus – when it's in season you can overload!  I'm looking forward to new and good old ideas for asparagus dishes – whether fresh or from a can.

To add your dishes, just put the name of the dish together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.  Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box.

I'll be pinning the dishes to this Pinboard which will make it easy for you to check them out at a glance.  The more than a hundred links from the earlier collections are also on that board.

Here's to the green spear (or white delight)!

  1. I love asparagus, but usually only prepare it one or two ways. I'm looking forward to seeing more recipes.

  7. Hi, Carole and all!

The recipe for Fettuccine Primavera ( # 19 ) is pretty easy and open to changes, depending on what you like.
In the post there’s also a link for a Rigatoni with Sweet Sausage recipe, as well as wine tips, and a lovely story about Lacrima Christi.
    Enjoy!

  15. And here I thought I wouldn't be able to contribute this week, when I remembered I had a couple of recipes which use asparagus. Whew, big sigh of relief there.
