Food on Friday: Low carb dinners

ON
Although I have recently taken to eating a bit more carbs than I used to, I know lots of people are interested in low carb food.  I hope this collection will interest you, too.

To add your Low Carb dish, just put the name of the dish together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.  Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box
.
I'll be pinning the links to this Pinboard – this is a quick way for you to scan the dishes and choose which ones you want to check out in more detail.

I'm sure that low carb doesn't mean low flavour!

  1. Love this idea Carole. I'm trying to eat clean before the Holiday gorge.

  2. I wasn't sure I could participate this week. Not many of our meals are carb free.

  3. Hard for me too Thibault! Very few of mine are too. Except this one which was a bonus-type post, hence the phone cam pics, because this was something I used to make way back to my teen years when the latest "diet" was from Dr. Stillman (NO carbs). I actually make this many ways, and still enjoy it, even though I no longer worry about carbs, calories, fat...LOL

  4. Hi, Carole and all!

I remembered that summer is coming your way, so here’s a link for Ma's Dandelion Salad (# 12), a salad that uses those pesky dandelions :-)

The dressing recipe goes well with spinach and other greens, too!

  5. Carole, I made Salmon & Zucchini. It is one my favorite go-to recipes for lunch gatherings, but it works for dinner also.

  6. Carole,
I affectionately call this dish "Hot Pink Mess" because, well, it looks like a hot pink mess. It's good though!
