Food on Friday – Celery, fennel & mint

ON
This Food on Friday hopefully will result in some new ideas for using this toothsome threesome of ingredients – celery, fennel & mint.  I don't really use them much so it will be much needed inspiration.
Your dish only needs to have one of these ingredients in it.  To add your dish, just pop the name of the dish and your name into the first Mr Linky box and then paste the url for your post about it into the second one.
I'll be pinning the dishes to this Pinboard.

  12. I have to confess, I have never used fennel, only use celery as a flavoring along with onion and garlic, and I guess I need to use fresh mint more!! lol Have a Happy Easter Carole:)

I linked Greek Herb Spread, which has mint and Dirty Rice, which has celery. I cook with celery all the time!
