Food on Friday: Shakes and Smoothies

ON

I guess today's theme of Shakes and Smoothies does qualify as food…  Don't worry about what has to be in the drink to be a shake or smoothie – if it’s a drink that you whiz up then link it in.

As always, please put your name and the name of the dish into the first Mr Linky box and then paste the url for your post into the second.

There are no rules but it would be great if you visited some of the other links.  Even greater if you let them know you saw them here on Carole's Chatter.

Happy Linking.

  2. I linked up my lunch box smoothies. It's more of an idea than a recipe. You could probably do it with any of the smoothie recipes that are linked to this party :)

  14. Thanks for another Food on Friday. I don't have a shake or smoothy recipe, but all good shakes start with ice cream. I hope your readers like my home made ice cream recipe form last summer.
