Pet Hates #5: Junk Mail

I understand there may be people who like junk mail.  I am not one of them.  We have a sign on our letterbox saying “no junk mail” and that mostly works. 

But lately the advertisers are getting more cunning.  They are taking to putting their stuff into an envelope with “To the Householder” or similar on it.  Effectively it is Junk mail masquerading as addressed mail.  You also find it stuffed in the middle of those free community newspapers.
